Use Manage billing to cancel online. If sign-in or Stripe is unavailable, email the address below. You do not need workspace access to make a request.
support@northmemory.comInclude your account email, the charge date if relevant, and whether you want to stop the next renewal or cancel immediately with a statutory refund. We may verify account ownership, but never ask for financial-account credentials. The date we receive your notice is recorded, and verification does not reset it.
Mandatory cancellation and refund rights take priority over a period-end cancellation setting. Statutory refunds are processed within the applicable deadline, including 15 days after cancellation where British Columbia subscription law requires it.
What to include
The email address on your North Memory account, a short description of the request, and the relevant date or feature. North Memory may verify that you control the account before disclosing, changing, exporting, or deleting personal information.
Do not email bank or brokerage credentials, one-time codes, provider tokens, full account or card numbers, Social Insurance or Social Security numbers, tax identifiers, or screenshots containing live financial records.
