Include the email address associated with your North Memory account, a short description of the request, and the relevant date or feature. North Memory may verify that you control the account before disclosing, changing, exporting, or deleting personal information.
Do not email bank or brokerage credentials, multi-factor authentication codes, provider tokens, full account or card numbers, Social Insurance or Social Security numbers, tax identifiers, or screenshots containing live financial records.
